Ms. Karel's "Tonder, Denmark Algorithm"

Once Ms. Karel detected "bugs" in her algorithms,
she debugged her programs and narrowed the problem to 1 person:

Chayim

She would have requested an immediate "Cease & Desist" move to
Mr. Boeker, but Boeker feels he can trust Decker and asked
Ms. Karel to be patient until after the meeting.

"if yes GOTO no"

If Ms. Chayim is a spy, she MUST show up at Tonder,
because she wants "in" on our operation and this is her
only chance.

Therefore: If Ms. Chayim does show up, I will personally
recommend to Mr. Boeker to immediately Run Program:
"incognito," and shred all contact information with Decker.

"if no GOTO yes"

If Ms. Chayim does not show up, this will cast
doubt on her being a spy. Reasoning: (i) Why would she pass
up this opportunity and (ii) Ms. Chayim & Ms. Hnedy will be caught
"off guard" in Reykjavik, giving then NO TIME to think
up another scheme.

Therefore: As a safety check, run 3 more algorithms on Decker
and if no bugs appear, recommend to Boeker that Decker is indeed
"clean" and would make an excellent partner.
